Frequently Asked Questions

Shipping

We send our orders by Canada Post Expedited Parcel service. Canadian orders $100 and over qualify for free shipping. You will receive a tracking number and email notifications once your order has been processed and shipped. We are happy to accommodate orders out side of Canada and the USA. Please contact us by email or during our regular store hours at 306-692-1195 for more information.

In-Store Exchange or Store Credit

We will accept unworn merchandise for an exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase. Please ensure the original tags and packaging are still intact and have your receipt with you. We are happy to help you in-store with exchanging or returning for store credit items you purchased online.

Defective Merchandise

We do our best to ensure that all our merchandise is up to our quality standards! If you do receive an item with a defect, please contact us for information on how to proceed. Final Sale Items All sale items and undergarments are a final sale.

What types of payment do you accept ?

Our payments are processed through PayPal on our online store. You may also call us during business hours and we will take payment on the phone. We accept Visa and Mastercard.

Can I make an order over the phone?

Yes, we can help you during regular hours and will either ship it to you by post or if you are in Moose Jaw, we will deliver it.

Rush Shipping

Please contact us if you would like your order shipped by a different method. We will be happy to go over alternate shipping options with you according to your needs.

Free Shipping Exclusions

Rac N Roll Bags are exempt from free shipping due to their size and weight. Please contact us for your shipping options if you would like to order online and have one of these bags shipped to you.

Online Exchange or Store Credit

If you need to exchange your online order or return for a store credit, you may send your items back to us at your cost. Please include a copy of your receipt, your name, phone number, email address and indicate which items and sizes you require. We will cover the cost of shipping your new items back to you. Send your unworn items, with original tags and packaging to:

What currency will I be charged for?

All online orders are in Canadian currency.

Is your online inventory the same as in-store

No, our online store has our basic dancewear items and our complete shoe inventory. Our retail location has a larger selection of fashion wear. Feel free to contact us and we will help you see what we have if you cannot make it into the store.

Can I Order an item that is not in stock?

Absolutely, we can almost always order in what you need. Please contact us and we will be happy to help you.
